Welcome to ISITEL where it is

Due to ongoing research and possible patent infrindgments we cannot get into too much detail regarding the operating characteristics of the Electro Magnetic Vehicle ( EMV ) or * MAGLEV? All we can state at this point in time is that this vehicle runs and elevates magnetically operating on our uniquely designed electro magnetic motors, solar power and high performance batteries. It has few moving parts, no need for a fuel source other than sunlight to charge the batteries, and is in the process of being patented by our company ISITEL, INC.© Below we have included a list of components and manufacturers but the core of our project has been the development of the electro magnetic heart which can replace combustion motors, self charge, and produce up to 300 HP and sufficient tork on demand to move up to 3,000 lb cars up steep climbs.

Abstract: This invention relates to a spacecraft which generates its own magnetic moment and magnetic field gradient in order to produce lift on the hull. The magnetic moment is generated by a large area solenoid located in the hull. A toroidal core wrapped with electrical bobbins at intervals along said core produces a traveling magnetic wave along its surface. This magnetic wave creates a spacetime curvature, similar to a tilted plate, which causes the formation of a magnetic field gradient. Power is not critical because the system uses a magnetic vortex wormhole generator to lower the speed of light in order to efficiently create highly relativistic fields due to Lorentz transformation.

EMV
This project is an ongoing development by engineers around the world ( Europe, India, Taiwan, Japan, China, USA ). We have started with a carbon fiber frame and body ( approx. 1,000 lbs.), old gasoline combustion motors have been converted to our unique electric magnetic motors which are charged by solar cells and the energy is stored in high performance batteries. Everything has been redesigned including the motor, drive train, high speed revolving electro magnetic plates, solar cells, battery boxes, cables, etc. The basic design, as it is now, consists of:
  • Advanced DC X91-4001 series motor, 6.7" diameter, 10 HP continuous, 40 HP peak, 72-144 VDC, reversible
  • Curtis Instruments PMC #1231C-8601 motor controller 96-144 VDC, 500 A max, with mondo heatsink
  • Curtis Instruments FP-6 footpedal and pot box
  • 118 Marathon Norco Aerospace 36H120 (BB600) flooded nicad batteries, 40 Ah, for a total pack voltage of 142 VDC
  • Manzanita Micro PFC20 Charger
  • Zivan NG1-DC AC-DC/DC-DC converter, 108-168 VDC to 13.8 VDC @ 55A 900W continuous
  • KTA Services Power Brake System
  • Bridgestone Potenza RE92 165/65/R14 Tires -- very low rolling resistance
  • Kidde Auto 5B-C Fire extinguisher

Other components

  • Xantrex Link-10 Battery Monitor
  • Second contactor for positive end of battery pack
  • Main fuse
  • Inertia switch
  • Advanced DC 203-06-4001 series motor, 8" diameter
  • Reversing contactor
  • Second string of SAFT BB600 Flooded NiCd batteries
  • Advantech PPC-L60T 6.4" LCD Automotive Panel PC Computer
  • Battery hold-downs
  • Battery box covers with fans
  • Safety tool kit
  • Reverse speed reduction relay
  • Hydrogen sensors

Estimated Cost

Since this is an ongoing project, there isn't a final cost yet but our company is trying to keep the price per motor unit at around $5,000- USD, plus chasis another $5,000- USD and including purchase, transport, and improvements to the original designed car should total no more than $20,000- USD. What is MAGLEV?

Magnetic levitation transport, or maglev, is a form of transportation that suspends, guides and propels vehicles ( especially trains ) via electromagnetic force. This method can be faster than wheeled mass transit systems, potentially reaching velocities comparable to turboprop and jet aircraft ( 900km/h, 559 mph ). The maximum recorded speed of a maglev train is 581km/h ( 361 mph ), achieved in Japan in 2003.
